The MEGA Spine System is a top-loading multiple component, posterior spinal fixation systems which consist of pedicle screws(mono, multi-axial, long-arm and long-arm multi-axial screw), rods, locking bolt, and a transverse linking mechanism(cross-link).
The MEGA Spine System will allow surgeons to build a spinal implant construct to stabilize and promote spinal fusion. The MEGA Spine System implant components are supplied non-sterile, single use and fabricated from titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) that conforms to the ASTM F136.
Various sizes of these implants are available. Specialized instruments are also available for the application and removal of the MEGA Spine System.

The strong and advanced Multi-Axial spinal screw offers 40 degrees of angualtion with excellent locking increasing the safety of the implant.
Screw thread is cylinderical and conical type
– Easy insertion
– Maximum load evenly distributed
– Protection of screw pull-out
Long-arm Multi-axial Screws facilitate the rod introduction and eliminate the need for specific reduction instruments especially in case of spondylolisthesis or trauma.
The Locking Bolt thread structure of the fixation screw ensures a secure, stable and easily achieved union with the lock screw and rod. As well as allowing simple and sound engagement, the advanced design limits the transverse forces lock integrity minimizes the potential for misalignment and cross-threading inherent in convention mechanisms.
The screws are available in several diameters: 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5mm lengths range from 20mm to 60mm for most diameter choices. (The screw thread length varies in 5mm increments)
Various lengths of 6.0 mm precut rods. Laser marked contour line. Rod lengths from 40mm to 200mm (The length varies in 10mm increments), 200mm to 300mm (The rod length varies in 20mm increments), 400mm and 500mm.
Domino and Axial rod connectors enable connection with other screw-rod-systems
Long-Arm screws are especially useful for spondylolisthesis or trauma reduction, as well as for long constructs.
Due to its wide range of motion, the highly versatile cross link can conform to anatomy and preserve bone without compromising clamping.
The cross link system decreases stress concentration at the screw-bone interface.
